Pressure intensifier with pneumatic 1-Hand-Controls ½", including pressure relief valve. Process reliability assured by automatic pressure activated return stroke.
The pressure intensifier can be mounted with the hose hanging down on a wall or on a machine using the included mounting bracket. The tong is connected to the intensifier using the 3 m long hose package with a hydraulic quick disconnect and integrated anti-rotation.
The intensifier generates approximately 220 bar oil pressure using 6 – 6,5 bar air pressure. The displacement volume of 21 ccm per stroke has been matched to the tongs shown below and to the corresponding hose package. The tong opening has been restricted to 6 mm for safety reasons due to the 1-Hand controls.
The return stroke is automatically activated once the preset pressure (=achieved end position) is met, at which point the working piston returns to the fully retracted position. This intensifier can be used with the following tongs:
