TOXsoftWare

- the product-spanning, userfriendly software

The TOXsoftWare gives you the possibility to visualize up to 5 drives with 1 software.

The software package TOXsoftWare is comprised of all the necessary programs for the fast and easy configuration, parameterization, visualization and diagnostics for the servo-spindle system. The easy and logical structure of the itemized software module guarantees a short training period, a fast implementation and a trouble free operation.

All the software modules (Worx, HMI, Server) from TOX-ElectricDrive are based entirely on the same software concept and combined offer the following features, among other things:

Worx

Graphical development environment for configuring and parametizing the Servospindle-system. All the necessary settings can be quickly and easily constructed in a modern, logical user oriented working environment, including:

Intuitive logical structure

Full process monitoring and diagnosis
Automated teaching, e.g. envelope curve supervision
Always customizable to meet the customer specific requirements

User Platform HMI (Human-Machine-Interface)

Production process visualization is possible with the powerful software module Connect-HMI. A touch-screen PC installed with the software offers the machine operators an easy interface to monitor the real time process status; thereby allowing them to stop the machine when not functioning properly:

Standard display, e.g. menu, diagnostic
Technical display, e.g. for clinching applications (see picture)
Customizable to customer specific requirements, e.g. linking to a quality management system

Server

The server provides a seemless communication link between the Servospindle and the application software in the TOXsoftWare environment. It regulates the data transfer and provides on both sides a defined transparent interface. The server and the application software can be loaded directly on the spindle PC or also from various PCs (e.g. from the control station and simultaneously from line visualization).
